Our Story
It started over a table, not a screen. Our founders — a designer, a teacher, and a game store regular — bonded over board games during Friday nights that became ritual. The games changed, but the feeling didn’t: connection, conversation, and creativity around a table.
In 2021, we noticed something. Friends wanted to play, but didn’t know where to start. Families were overwhelmed by game rules. Hosts wanted to do something different, but simple. We realized that most people didn’t need more games — they needed better guidance.
So we started documenting. Writing guides. Creating setups. Breaking down rulebooks into human terms. Building event checklists. We published what we’d want to read ourselves — and shared it freely.
